The fee is $200. This includes a 10×10 space with a provided commercial tent. This does not include tables, chairs or walls. Limited spaces with electric are available and will be an additional $25 fee.
The application deadline is April 1st, 2025. Applicants will be notified of their acceptance by April 5th, 2025.
The festival takes place at the Meyer Amphitheater in downtown West Palm Beach on Saturday, May 3, 2025 from 11am to 10pm, and features 20 bands, 2 stages, food trucks and more, along with the art vendors.
Setup is from 9am and artists should be ready to go by 11am to maximize their time at the event.
Breakdown can begin when the music ends at 9:30pm, although the festival does not officially end until 10pm. Please note that all heavy items must be loaded and off premises by 11pm due to a noise ordinance.
The artists expected to be present or have someone run their booth from setup until at least 9pm.
